What to Expect
The Talent Development Program (TDP) starts in June each year. You will begin the TDP by spending approximately three months at your target organization (the business area where you will work after completion of the program.) During the program, you will move through five functional rotations at various business units of tkMNA in the United States, expanding your knowledge in areas like Inside Sales Management, Outside Sales Management, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing/ Product Knowledge, Supply Chain Management, International Sales, Credit/ Business Strategy or Shared Services. You’ll collaborate with our experts and managers on challenging sales projects and take on real-world responsibilities from day one.
The program is designed to push you and your talents in a variety of methods that will help you better understand our business, our customers and the industries we serve. This 360-degree exposure is one of the many ways that we will help develop your existing skills and prepare you for a successful future with our company.
