Chris Merz

President, thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services

Chris Merz was appointed President of thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services in 2021, bringing over 20 years of expertise in manufacturing, third party logistics and business leadership. Having held senior positions in production control, operations, program launch, operational excellence and acquisition in various markets and countries enables him to draw from well-developed toolbox.  As President, Chris is focused on supporting the continued rapid growth of the company. Prior to joining thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services, Chris held various leadership roles at Neovia, Syncreon, and Johnson Controls.

Chris is a graduate of Central Michigan University and resides in Southeast Michigan with his wife and two children.
