thyssenkrupp North America is pleased to announce multiple enhancements to the online customer portal for Copper and Brass Sales. This portal makes it possible for customers to view and manage their account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A good thing just got better.
In 2014, the first version of the online portal was launched, giving customers access to view their order and quote history. In 2016, we made it possible for customers to request a quote within the portal as well as request re-orders. The latest enhancements feature delivery tracking as well as online ordering. Online ordering enables customers to place quotes and convert them to orders right within their account, without having to reach out to a sales representative. Delivery tracking is just that – a way to track deliveries – learn where your order is and when it is delivered.
