Customer Portal for Copper and Brass Sales

thyssenkrupp North America is pleased to announce multiple enhancements to the online customer portal for Copper and Brass Sales. This portal makes it possible for customers to view and manage their account 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A good thing just got better.

In 2014, the first version of the online portal was launched, giving customers access to view their order and quote history. In 2016, we made it possible for customers to request a quote within the portal as well as request re-orders. The latest enhancements feature delivery tracking, online ordering, and online invoice payments via ACH.

Online ordering enables customers to place quotes and convert them to orders right within their account, without having to reach out to a sales representative. Delivery tracking is just that – a way to track deliveries – learn where your order is and when it is delivered. In addition to viewing invoices online, customers can also pay their invoices online if their business is within the United States. Once logged in, the user would navigate to Documents > Invoices and then choose to pay one or multiple invoices at a time.

thyssenkrupp Materials North America designed this online platform with you in mind, using voice of customer feedback that creates an online experience to make your job easier.

In addition to accessing real-time, account-specific information and functions, the portal provides shipment tracking and options to perform a variety of reporting tasks for delivery notices, invoices, SDS, mill test reports, and order history.
